We keep returns fair — for both you and us.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
When Returns Are Accepted
We’ll take care of you if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The item is clearly not as described
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We can’t accept returns if:
- The item has been used
- The issue is minor (color, small differences)
- The delay falls within the stated shipping window
- The wrong address was entered
How It Works

- We review and respond
- If approved → return instructions provided
Refund Timing
Once approved and received:
- Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping is not refunded
- Return shipping is paid by customer unless it’s our mistake
Order Changes / Cancellation
Orders move quickly.
- You can cancel within 12 hours only
- After that, processing has already started
